How do you promote to companies without spamming

I have the next biggest concept in advertising.
My problem is, because of the large amount of spamming I cannot communicate via the internet with future Business partners. My new concept will massively promote Companies and their products to potentially millions of customers
For a relatively small advertising cost. The concept is quite Straight forward and would give targeted,customers Who will already be interested in the products that these companies Have to offer for years to come. Unfortunately it is very difficult to Get in touch with these companies to tell them about my new venture And give them the opportunity to promote their products without Being accused of spamming. I have e-mailed 30 potential customers With one response, and this particular company sent me 3 viruses. So My problem is how do I get to communicate with potential clients. If you could give me an idea. It Would be much appreciated. Now because of this problem with Spamming I do not want people trying to sell me all sorts of different products etc. I Want to solve my problem of how to communicate with potential companies.I have set up an auto responder to deal with any enquires.
